Literacy and Hoops for the win! (Plus Shaq!)

The Wichita Wizards will be volunteering for literacy and rubbing elbows with legendary NBA basketball star, Shaquille O’Neal, in September. Four-time NBA champion and TV personality is making an appearance in Wichita this September at Hoops 4 Literacy, a charity basketball game to support early literacy for Kansas children. The game is scheduled for Sept. 10. Storytime Village, LLC, is a Kansas-based nonprofit with a mission to inspire a lifelong love of reading for underserved Kansas children from birth to 8 years old.
