MEDIA DAY ANNOUNCEMENT WICHITA WIZARDS

The Wichita Wizards will host Media Day from 3–5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, with Brooks Middle School hosting the event at 3802 E. 27th St. N. in Wichita.

Media Day marks the first official opportunity for the public and press to meet the 2026 Wichita Wizards roster and coaching staff as the team prepares for the upcoming season.

During the first hour of the event (3–4 p.m.), credentialed media will have exclusive access for interviews, photos, and video, including the introduction of new head coach PC Patton, who brings energy, leadership, and a fresh vision to the Wizards organization. Coach Patton will be available to discuss the team’s direction, player development, and goals for the season.

From 4–5 p.m., the event opens to fans, families, and community supporters. Attendees are invited to meet players and coaches, take photos, collect autographs, and get a first look at the 2026 Wichita Wizards. The second hour is designed to be fun, interactive, and family-friendly as the Wizards kick off the season with the community that supports them. The Lady Wizards will also be on-hand to bring the heat and keep the beats moving. And both teams will be available for photos.

Media outlets planning to attend are encouraged to arrive promptly at 3 p.m. Fans are invited to join beginning at 4 p.m.
