Wizards win their first MLBA Final Four game, 123-109

Wizards vs Bombers Recap

After splitting four games during the regular season, the Wizards were looking to make the MLBA Championship game on Sunday. They knew what had to be done to get there...and they took care of business with a 123-109 win! Wizards started well and were able to hold onto a slim lead at halftime. The third quarter was huge for the Wizards as they opened up a 25 point lead, but the Bombers made a run of their own to grab a 1 point lead early in the 4th quarter. The Wizards turned up on both ends of the court and were in control in the last few minutes of the game to secure the victory.

This win was very significant to the Wizards as it was their first playoff win in the history of the organization!! The other semifinal game will be played this Saturday afternoon at 3pm in Winfield as the Oklahoma Servants play the Tri-State 66ers for the opportunity to play in the Championship game on Sunday.
